It’s an exciting time at Full Circle Design. Not only were we awarded the national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Center for Women & Enterprise but we moved into our new and improved office. On a very cold December morning, the FCD team gathered over hot coffee and breakfast sandwiches in Melrose to pack up four years of work and memories and make our move.
As our business has grown over the last few years, it was important to us that we had a space that could accommodate not only our needs but meeting yours. With expanded services and growing team, we began our search for the perfect office space.
In the fall of 2016, a sign in downtown Stoneham caught our attention. What previously was a daycare center for children would soon become the space of a four-story office building. Fast forward to December 30, 2017, the building was near completion and our space was ready.
The new space consists of high ceilings, large windows that face the main street on one side, and the skating rink and church on the other, polished cement floors and a lot of orange personality. Lisa Guilmet, our President and Creative Director, found some old school doors to use for our conference room, providing a little bit of rustic charm. It pairs nicely with the beautiful corn tree that a few friends delivered last week as an office-warming gift.
In a couple of months, the building will be at full occupancy. Other companies moving into the building range from software and technology to finances and investment. The first floor of the building will have retail space and a new restaurant with a very clever name – the Stone’s – which we hope to know everyone by name. Between the raw bar, charcuterie platters and patio seating, you might have to call our cell phones to get our attention!
Want to see the space for yourself? Give us a shout. We’d love to see you.
